Buying, renewing or refinancing comes with a lot of questions. My job is to answer them clearly, so nothing catches you off guard.
A clear plan from the first call
On our first call, I walk you through the whole mortgage process up front, so you know what to expect at each step. If things go off track later, we come back to that first conversation and sort it out together.
Over 50 lenders, shopped for you
I compare banks, credit unions and monoline lenders (lenders that only do mortgages). When your situation calls for it, I also look at alternative and private lenders.
Clear information, no bait-and-switch
I explain your options in plain language, so you can compare them side by side. The goal is a mortgage you can afford, with no surprises when you sign.
With you from first question to keys
You deal with me from your first question to the day you get your keys. After that, I'll remind you about four months before your renewal, so you have time to compare offers.

Where I've worked
I've worked in financial services since 2016 and in mortgages since 2018. Before I became a broker, I worked on the lender side, at a credit union and at a big bank. So I know how lenders look at a file from the inside.
